Our Mission
We're András Keleti and Anna Ryan—practicing therapists with a passion for creating mental health tools that actually work for sensitive, thoughtful people.
Our work grew out of a shared frustration with approaches that treat anxiety and overthinking as problems to eliminate, rather than experiences to understand and relate to differently.
András writes the books and creates the guided meditations. Anna edits and shapes the content into beautiful, ready to use form.
Why This Work Matters
In our clinical work, we’ve seen again and again that overthinking isn’t driven by the content of thoughts—but by what people believe those thoughts mean, and how urgently they feel they must respond to them.
Over time, many sensitive people develop implicit rules about their inner world: that thoughts must be resolved, controlled, or acted upon in order to feel safe. These rules can quietly turn sensitivity into exhaustion.
This work exists to reduce that unnecessary suffering. Not by changing who people are, but by helping them relate to their minds with less fear and more trust.
When people who think and feel deeply learn to support their inner lives rather than fight them, that sensitivity becomes a strength again—not just for them, but for the world around them.
