Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

and include your order number and the reason for your request.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We reserve the right to offer a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected, or once an alternative resolution has been approved.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

You must return the item in its original condition.
Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs under this statutory right are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
